Daisy is an 18-month-old beagle. She's just as cute as can be and has a way of looking at staff and volunteers at the Toledo Animal Shelter that just wraps them right around her dew-claw. She has a beagle's nose for fun and is very, very good at sniffing out treats.

The Toledo Animal Shelter is now part of the Kroger Community Rewards Program. If you register on the Kroger web site, everytime you shop and use your Kroger Plus Card Kroger will make a donation to the Toledo Animal Shelter at no cost to you. For full details and instructions, see below.

With the generous cooperation of veterinarians in the Toledo area, if you adopt a dog or cat from the Toledo Animal Shelter Association your new pet will be eligible for a free medical examination within ten (10) days from the adoption date. Be sure to take the new pet’s health records with you. This free check-up is a physical exam only. It does not include the administration of drugs by mouth or injection; stool examination; x-rays; or any surgical procedures.
