A memorial donation is a wonderful way to remember and honor the life of a loved one, such as a friend, family member, or companion animal.

You may make a donation using the "Donate Now". Your donation is safe, secure, and private, and helps support our mission. If you do not wish to make an on-line donation, you may also download and complete the form below and send it along with your donation to the Toledo Animal Shelter.

Please include contact information (name and address) in the approriate place and the Shelter will send an acknowledgement of your thoughtful memorial donation to the person(s) specified. For your convenience, we have attached a Memorial Donation Card (PDF) you can print and mail in.
